can you travel to the u.s with a canadian citizenship card and a quebec healthcare card or german passport?

I just got my canadian citizenship card but I also still have my german passport and I have my quebec healthcare card (it has a picture on it and your birthdate and your healthcare card number for those that dont live in quebec). is that enough to enter the u.s and then come back a few days later?

Contact both Canada and U.S. Immigration and ask what documentation is required.

Ideally, you should obtain the information in writing from each office

    Canadians need their passport to cross over to the U.S. now, so you’ll definitely need your German passport, your Canadian Citizenship Card won’t do.
