Unique hotels in Montreal, Quebec?

Looking for something different but a reasonably priced. Parking space a plus. Near the metro another plus.

There is a whole neighborhood of European-like small hotels that are converted greystone homes and mansions on the east side in the Quartier Latin district, and some more on rue Sherbrooke. Right on the métro but many contract wit lots for parking which costs extra. Also check out B&Bs.
