CHEAP HOTELS FOR 2 NIGHTS IN DOWNTOWN MONTREAL, QUEBEC?

Our family is planning on visiting Montreal, Quebec tomorrow (July 6th to July 7th).
Since we will be staying for 2 nights, we are looking for a cheap hotel, (at least a 3 1/2 star rating) IN DOWNTOWN MONTREAL (with special offers, if possible).
We have two adults and three kids, and would like to share a suite.

Does anybody know any good hotels that are CHEAP (Nothing close to $200 for 2 nights, so about around $150 – ) ???????
