Cheap Hotels In Quebec With Kitchenettes?

I’ll be going to Quebec in December with a few friends, and I need to know where a relatively close to downtown hotel is, for cheap, with a kitchenette? I’ll only be in town for three or four days. Help?

I think Hotel Lindbergh, Hotel Plaza Quebec, Hotel Quebec, Hotel Quebec Inn are some of the hotels that have kitchenette.
