it's actually really easy to get into bars when underage, just make sure you're in montreal and get a fake id. but if you can get one from montreal because lately they've been sketchy about ids from other parts of the world
References :
Canadian laws are different from American laws.
All bars ID everyone.

When you're caught, you'll be arrested and charged by police.
Which automatically means your parents get notified.

Most foreigners get deported and automatically banned from coming back to Canada for 5 years.
But not always right away.
Pretty sure the last thing your parents want is a phone call telling them you're in jail in another country and they're not letting you go till you've served your sentence.

With border agreements between Canada and the US, if you get a criminal record here it doesn't go away when you go back to the States.
Every time someone runs your name through the system they'll see you've got a criminal record.
That can ruin your chances for getting jobs, or getting into college or university after high school.

Best advice is to wait another 2 years till you're 18.
That's the legal drinking age in Quebec, Manitoba and Alberta.
Everywhere else in Canada it's 19.
References :
They all require ID so unless you have it don't waste your time. The fine for serving underage patrons is not worth the money you may spend.
References :
Lol, I am in Quebec right now. I can assure you that it is a province in Canada, to the east of Ontario and to the west of New Brunswick. Two of its major cities are Montreal (metropolis) and Quebec City (capital).
References :
Born and raised in Quebec.

Canada is the largest country in North America, bigger in size than the United States.
Quebec is the largest Province in Canada. (A province = state.)

Canada has 2 official languages, English and French.
Quebec is where the majority of French-speaking Canadians live.
Here's a map showing where it is - http://www.solarnavigator.net/geography/quebec.htm
More info about Quebec - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quebec

Also: Kindly ignore the person who thought Toronto's in Quebec.
It's in the Province of Ontario, and is Ontario's capital city - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toronto
